Group Runs
Every Sunday we have free Group Runs. These are designed for all running abilities and paces. The whole idea is to just get out there, socialize, and lose track of the miles. Sundays are longer mileage days with a moderate pace (about 75% of Marathon Pace).
We cannot stress the importance of safety on all our group activities. We usually start out at trailheads or state/city parks that have visible security cameras present or police monitored.
Our running routes constantly change to different locations to give you a better training aptitude. If you would like to know the exact route, or jump in, please email us and we will make sure to be there.
